We had a great stay and couldn’t have asked for better value for the price. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We had never been to Panama City, and boy, were we impressed! We were looking for a home with a private pool and pet-friendly, and Carla's home completely fit the bill. The game room was an added PLUS! The home was comfortable, extremely clean, and very welcoming. We opted to have the pool heated, and with several days in the 50s, we still had fun in the (cold!) sun! I highly recommend this home and area, as it was very close to many attractions while still feeling like an oasis from the craziness. Thank you, Carla, for being such a great host from start to finish!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

The owner was very responsive and helpful. We found the place to be perfect for our size family (6). We especially loved the spacious corner balcony. The living space seemed large and plenty of comfortable seating. We even had an additional 8 local family members come for dinner and it didn’t seem too cramped. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Mrs. Carla was an amazing host during our spring break stay. Her property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything looked just like the listing, and the space was comfortable and welcoming. What stood out the most was how kind and understanding she was as a host. She handled everything with professionalism and grace, which made the experience much smoother and less stressful. It’s clear she truly cares about her guests and about providing a great place to stay. I would absolutely recommend staying at Mrs. Carla’s property and would gladly book with her again in the future. Thanks Again ❤️

My friends and I stayed here, Carla was very responsive and helpful, and even let us check in a bit early. We loved the property and warm pool. Lots of space for all 12 of us, and the house had a fantastic lay-out and great amenities.

Wow, this was the perfect spot for our first time visiting Panama City Beach. The condo was spotless and set the scene for a relaxing beach vacation. We loved the pool and beach right downstairs along with the amenities of a fitness center, tiki/snack bar, and shared pool & beach toys. After a long day, the beds were very comfortable. The location was definitely quieter than the western end of PCB & that was lovely. Carla responded very quickly to all of our questions and gave great local recommendations. In summary, we’ll be coming back!

Our stay here was amazing. The view is breathtaking. Watching dolphins from the balcony and listening to the waves was amazing. The home is clean, beautiful and met all of our families needs. Perfect location.

Carla was a great host and the property was everything as advertised! Great restaurants nearby and the beach was fantastic. Extremely easy access to property amenities as well as beach access.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla’s waterfront unit. The location and views were beautiful, the space was comfortable for our family of four adults and two kids, and the beach supplies were very useful for our beach trips. Communication with the host was excellent and made our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Had a great stay in Panama City Beach. The view was amazing from the balcony. There is beach access. They also have two pools, one heated and one not. Carla’s condo was super clean, smells great! The beds were very comfortable and it was the greatest pillows ever in the master bedroom. There was construction going on which was unfortunate but that’s out of the owners control. Besides that it was a great location, and a great airbnb.
